2. Scope of Services & Sector-Specific Disclaimers
We provide professional assistance, technical configuration, and training as a expert third-party facilitator.
A. Government Registrations & Identity Services (JAMB, NIMC, CAC, etc.)
- We do not guarantee approvals, specific timelines, or outcomes from government or regulatory bodies (e.g., JAMB, NIMC, WAEC, or the Corporate Affairs Commission).
- CAC Registrations: Corporate name availability approvals, company incorporations, and processing times are entirely at the discretion of the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC). We are not liable for name rejections or delays caused by CAC portal downtime or internal policy shifts.
- Identity Printouts (NIN/BVN): You explicitly consent to us accessing/using your provided personal data solely for processing permitted printouts or verifications. We are not affiliated with NIMC or NIBSS and cannot modify identity data on your behalf. Delays or data propagation issues to banks or telecommunication networks are completely external to us.
B. Freelancing Setup & International Payment Positioning
- While we assist with portfolio optimization, profile creation, and platform navigation, ongoing compliance, account validation, verification, and good standing on third-party global platforms (such as Upwork, Fiverr, or international digital banks) are solely your responsibility.
- We are not liable if a third-party platform suspends, restricts, flags, or bans your account during or after our setup services. We have no control over foreign exchange rates, international transfer delays, or compliance holds placed by global financial institutions.
C. 1-on-1 Coaching & Digital Skills Training
- Our mentorship tracks provide high-quality, practical instruction. However, ICT Integrated Hub does not guarantee specific income outcomes, financial earnings, employment opportunities, or client acquisitions. Your success depends entirely on your personal execution, portfolio quality, and external market demand.
D. Cloud Infrastructure & Network Topology Design
- Our technical team designs and configures cloud storage frameworks and network topologies using industry standard practices. Upon delivery and handover of system administrative access, the client is solely responsible for maintaining internal security hygiene, access logs, and data backup protocols.
- We are not liable for post-handover data breaches, service disruptions caused by your internet service provider (ISP), or third-party cloud vendor outages (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365).
3. Fees and Payment
- Fees for our services are as quoted directly to you or displayed on our official channels.
- Full or structured milestone payments are required before service initiation, as specified at the time of booking.
- Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or at our absolute discretion (e.g., if a service cannot be initiated solely due to our internal error).
- Late payments or failed milestone disbursements may result in the immediate suspension of active services, training sessions, or technical portals.
4. User Responsibilities
As a client of ICT Integrated Hub, you agree to:
- Provide true, completely accurate, and up-to-date personal, professional, and corporate data. We are not liable for rejections, fines, or delays caused by incorrect information you provide.
- Comply fully with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and the official guidelines of any third-party global networks you utilize.
- Never engage our services, assets, or configurations for fraud, cybercrime, or any other unlawful purposes.
- Safeguard your final personal documents, certificates, tokens, and system login credentials once handed over by our team.
5. Privacy and Data Protection
We handle your personal data—including sensitive corporate data, identifiers, and digital profiles—in strict accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) 2023. By agreeing to these terms, you grant us explicit operational consent to process and route your data to essential entities (such as JAMB, NIMC, CAC, or international freelance/payment nodes) strictly necessary to fulfill your chosen service.
6. Intellectual Property
- Custom Deliverables: Any digital assets created uniquely for you (e.g., custom website layouts, graphic branding, e-flyers) become your exclusive property upon receipt of full and final payment.
- Proprietary Assets: ICT Integrated Hub retains all proprietary rights, titles, and interests in our baseline training materials, coaching curricula, internal software tools, source scripts, and operational templates used to deliver our services.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under Nigerian law, ICT Integrated Hub, its directors, and its technical teams shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes, without limitation, loss of business profits, data corruption, loss of international freelance contracts, or academic admission forfeitures.
Our total aggregate liability for any verifiable claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the exact amount of fees you paid to us for that specific service. We provide no warranties, expressed or implied, beyond the application of reasonable professional skill and care.
8. Refunds and Cancellations
- Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
- No refunds will be issued for fully completed technical services, structured coaching hours already logged, or cases where third-party government/platform rejections occur due to user-provided errors.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to immediately terminate, halt, or suspend your access to our services, portals, or coaching sessions without prior notice if you breach any provision of these Terms, engage in behavior we deem fraudulent, or compromise our platform's security.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
In the event of a dispute, parties agree to first attempt an amicable, good-faith resolution. If unresolved through mutual discussion, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts within Nigeria.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time to align with new service frameworks or regulatory changes. Any updates will be pushed to our digital channels with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued engagement with our services following an update constitutes your absolute acceptance of the revised Terms.
