These Terms govern your use of ictintegratedhub.site and the services offered by ICT Integrated Hub (“we”, “us”, “The Hub”). By accessing or using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or our services. Submitting a request form requires an explicit confirmation of this agreement.
1. Services
The Hub assists with digital processes such as education and application support, identity-related processes, documentation, business-related digital steps, and technology assistance. Scope for each engagement is confirmed when you submit a request or communicate with us.
We are not a government agency. Outcomes that depend on third-party portals (for example JAMB, NIMC or other institutions) remain subject to those systems’ rules, availability and decisions.
2. Requests and communication
Submitting a request through the website generates a Request ID for tracking. We typically follow up via WhatsApp using the number you provide. You are responsible for providing accurate information and for checking messages related to your request.
3. Fees
Fees depend on the service. We will state costs and payment expectations before work that attracts a charge proceeds. Payment terms for a specific job may be confirmed in writing (including WhatsApp). Unpaid work may be paused or cancelled.
4. Your responsibilities
- Provide true and complete information needed for the process.
- Do not use our services for unlawful purposes.
- Keep credentials and personal documents secure; share them only as necessary for the agreed work.
- Respect the timelines and requirements of external systems involved in your request.
5. Our role and limits
We process requests with reasonable care. We do not guarantee outcomes controlled by third parties (admissions, identity issuance, government approvals, network uptime of external portals, and similar). Where we act on your instruction to submit information to a third party, you remain responsible for the accuracy of that information.
6. Intellectual property
Website content, branding and materials belonging to The Hub remain our property. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission. Materials you provide remain yours; you grant us a limited licence to use them only to perform the requested service.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, The Hub is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays or failures caused by third-party systems, force majeure, or inaccurate information supplied by you. Our total liability for a given paid engagement is limited to the fees you paid for that engagement, except where the law does not allow such a limit.
8. Privacy
Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will first be addressed in good faith; failing that, Nigerian courts have jurisdiction.
